Data-intensive intangibles at a large U.S. health care provider were worth at least 134% of Enterprise Value. Although we utilized public information in this analysis, we refer to this large non-profit hospital network as ABC Health. The YDC team included only Patient Lifetime Value and Electronic Medical Records within the scope of the exercise. This means that other data-intensive intangibles such as genomics, provider data, and claims information were out of the scope of the valuation exercise.
